Carters service techs Dave and his helper showed up on time. They installed a new hot air gas furnace in my attic, the work was completed as scheduled. They were very professional cleaned up after work was complete and explained how to set up the WiFi thermostat.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new heating and cooling company.

I moved into my condo 15 years ago and the first company I thought of to get a service contract with was Carter's. I knew they were a locally, family owned business that I could trust. They are great with their maintenance appointments each year (2x's a year). They were wonderful to work with when my nearly 20 year old original HVAC system had to be replaced and again when the coil needed to be replaced. In the past 15 years I have used their emergency service three times and each time they were speedy and efficient. Their office staff is great to work with too, and Andy is wonderful. A special shout out to Doug and Jaime for the maintenance checks, emergency calls and coil installation. It's great to know that if there is a problem, I can give Carter's a call.

I am very pleased with Carters Heating and Cooling. Andy promptly returned our phone call for service, came to our home and sold us what we needed. Two weeks later the highly skilled team of Jason and Jason arrived and did an amazing job with the installation of our upstairs heating and air conditioning. Their attention to detail and respect for our property was second to none. I highly recommend Carters Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

The summer heatwave did not stop a very busy Carters Heating and Cooling to respond to my AC being down. Two attempts to get it up and running failed and with two days a new system was installed by suberb mechanics. The owner personally came by on the same day when the AC stopped working. A big shot out to all and a big thank you for a job well done!

Called Carters 7 pm had no A C by 8.15 Richie showed up and fixed the problem.Thanks to Carters for such a quick response

July 3,Sunday my husband recently home from The hospital. I called and left a message hoping to hear from them. I did, receive a call and Ritchie came and he fixed the problem. In two hours after I called we had AC. I highly recommend Carters

We came home today to no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year so far. We called Carters because we have a contract, their service person, Patrick, arrived in a half hour, in evening hours and fixed the problem. Yesterday our upstairs unit had a problem and Jaime came and fixed it. Your service is excellent. Your tech are knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you. I will make sure all our neighbors are aware your service is exceptional.
